Notes are for things to keep or come back to; Reminders are date-gated and surface again on their own. Anything captured elsewhere (pre-dooo, dispatch) that doesn't need a specific date lands here as a note.
Both hand the note's text to the AI. "Summarise" replaces the note in place; "Look into this" creates a new linked research note instead, so the original stays untouched and you can see what it prompted.
Every note/reminder moves through this lifecycle. "Notified" means you've dealt with it; "Dismiss" means you're deliberately letting it go. Both are reversible — Reopen brings a note back to draft.
The share icon on a card hands its text to your phone's own share sheet (WhatsApp, Mail, Messages, whoever) — or, on browsers without that, a fallback menu with the same two options. Works for anyone, inside or outside the household.
The small coloured circle on a card shows who created it — always the same colour for the same person, across every dooo app. Useful once more than one person shares a household view.
